Healthy Post-Workout Snacks

For those that know me, they know that I love to workout. When I don’t have homework (which happens a lot less than I would like), soccer, or am not cooking – I will most likely be lifting. “Of course you were at the gym,” they say. I can’t help it! For me, pushing myself is a way to destress and motivating to see what my body is capable of. But I get hungry. Not hungry, I am starving. All the time. Especially after a game or workout. I feel like nothing can satisfy the never-ending pit I call my stomach. When my stomach starts to grumble, all I can think about is what I am going to eat.
